Super-friendly stuff, offered us concierge service and wake up service. We booked double room with Tivoli view, beautiful style, as for instance. Coffee & tea making machines and glassware were a big plus.

The breakfast options were fantastic, offering a great view of the city, and included delicious choices like eggs, pancakes, and healthy items, while the room was spacious.

I would recomand the place. Spectacular hotel with fast wi-fi, the location was amazing close to public transport which is excellent for tourists. My very classy and fancy room included exceptionally comfortable bed, a storage, a safe, and large windows. You can see lake from your window and meet very welcoming and incredible staff at reception desk.

The competent staff provides very good services at this hotel. The location is amazing, close to 5 bus stops, the metro, buses, trains. There are plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby, including fast food options like McDonald's and Burger King. The beds are exceptionally comfortable with down pillows. The sumptuous and extensive breakfast is the perfect way to start the day.

The staff at the reception desk was incredibly friendly, and everything was just perfect during our stay in a collection king room that was ideal for our needs.

We would recommend this place to friends. Fairly large and clean hotel with a marvelous location next to the Centre of Copenhagen.- Superb service and the city hall.- The superior collection king room overlooks a lake and includes tea and coffee making equipment, and glassware.- A nice touch is the excellent beverages in the cocktail bar.

Very well located, one block from the train station, in front of the Tivoli gardens, all the tourist attractions are close by (maximum 40 minutes walk to the farthest one), the tickets for the bus and boat tour are sold outside, the tourist office is in front, there is a mall nearby. Very well decorated, spacious rooms, very comfortable, the bed and pillows are the best, I stayed in a room with a view of the Tivoli.. The staff is very friendly, I highlight Daniel and Viktor in reception, it is easy to communicate with them in English, in addition many speak Spanish, we were granted a late check out in addition . The breakfast is good and varied, the restaurant is a little expensive but the food is very good, in any case there are many restaurants nearby. Miyy good experience
